   Gusto ko lng malaman if pwede bang mapa change ang housing ng laptop ko sa service center? Top case lng naman. yung may asus logo

     Karen, sorry pero ang model nang laptop may isang ang slot nang ram nyan. gusto palakisin ang laptop mo kayalangan echange mo ang 2gb mo sa 4gb or 8gb. 🙂
     May laptop din ako tulad sayu na change na nakin ang 2gb ko sa 8gb.

     Remove bios battery, then open your laptop, if not working, remove your harddisk then connect with encloser to get a back up with your files, then put it back into your laptop, then reformat. done

   problema ko sa cp ko,pano ko nakukuha….serbisyo nyo nakaka bwiset…walang paalam sa lahat..tpos ngayon pa bigay bigay ng cntact number khot isa walang sumasagot!!!bumili ako cp pra gift sa sarili ko,ano ito ma tty lang????please lang!!!!pansinin nyo nmn!!!pina check ko sa wsi…ngayon tnurn over sa inyo…d na halos kayo ma cntact!!!maawa nmn kayo!!!alam kung malaki cmpanya nyo!!!!so sa maliliit lng na bgay 900 yrs pa bago pansinin!!!

     Hi. I have the same problem with u. The contact number they texted me just keep ringing without anyone answering the phone call. Worst scenario is, they wont give us details how to claim the phone back!! I hope sombody would take actions as this is their responsibility.
