    Hi Ms. Helen Vasquez,

    We had a confirmed schedule with your technician Amancio Magbanua today May 19, 2017 to repair our exhaust (La Germania) at No. 16A-2 Village East Ave., Village East Cainta Rizal at 1pm to 5pm. I confirmed the schedule last Monday with Ms Valerie and as per telephone discussion, it is clear that the technician should bring 2 Bulbs and 1 Push Button that needs to be replaced.

    Upon confirming today at 11am with Ms Valerie, she asked me to RESCHEDULE the scheduled repair today due that your technician, Amancio Magbanua has FORGOT to bring the parts (2 Bulbs and 1 Push Button).

    I also called your technician and he then said that there is no order for him to bring the said parts but on his way to our address to JUST checked the exhaust.

    I’ve taken a leave of absence from my work today to attend the SCHEDULED repair. And to my disappointment, Ms Valerie and your technician were not coordinated. I believe it is not my responsibility on who forgot to bring or to instruct on the parts that needed to bring because the SCHEDULED repair today is to REPLACED the depreciated BULB and PUSH BUTTON and NOT JUST TO CHECK the exhaust.

    Hoping for an immediate action on this.
