   Hello, General HeatCorporation: . I bought my hot plate E106W in May 2018 form Ansons,ADB Avenue I previously had a Sanyo hot plate 1400W that served me for 8 years. My concern is from 6 months use, the heating time OF this La Germania hot plate has Taken longer and longer, and I a.m using an electric kettle to boil water, and then transfering it to a cookware to shorten whatever time is needed to heat food. Pls Help. I am diasappointed on this La Germania product, which I bought because of your Message of “happy and satisfied La Germania product owners.” Is your message true? The hot plate doesn’t heat as much, and taking longer Boy the day. I surely a.m not satisfied: – Gel
