   NEVER EVER TRUST WSI PHONECARE, INC. Mas nasira pa yung phone ko sa kanila. This happened to me more than once. Wala lang talaga akong choice kasi walang ibang service center na malapit. Very, very poor ng service. Palpak technicians. Matataray din front liners nila. Hanap na lang kayo ng ibang service center kesa sa kanila.

   WSI phone Care….. Pina check ko ung note4 ng wife ko kc nag bootloop monday nag follow up ako they put me on hold for like 20 mins…. Pag balik ng custcare n kausap ko ask nya agad kung under warranty eh hindi na… Alis ulit si custcare pag balik sabi sakin main board daw, battery ang sira…. Ask ko pano sila nag arrive s conclusion n board ang sira sabi eh ni reprogram daw nila ung phone and ganun padin daw… So since duda ko i pulled out my wife’s phone and ask for second opinion…. To cut to the chase battery lng sira s phone i bought a new batt. And the phone works without a hitch…. Mga gagong un gusto pko pagastusin ng 11k s mainboard wala nmn pla problema ung board… Kaya kung ako sainyo wag n kyo mag pagawa dun mga bobo technician nila at tamad…

   I agree nakakabwesit tung WSI Cebu..lahat ng negatives kinuha na ninyu..battery replacement lang umabot pa ng isang buwan..edi ang saya! tas pag nag follow up palagi pang bad mood yung sumasagot..SERVICE CENTER ba talaga tu,,kung di naman mapananindigan yung ginagawa nyu buti pa mag close nalang kayu.
