   Dear Advanced Electronics, I have been calling your landline: 681-6166 & 217-8026 since last week because I want to follow up on our 3 units KRUPS Coffee Maker which had been in your service center for almost 2 weeks. But it’s either busy or ringing perpetually with nobody answering the phone.
   Please allow us to know if the units are already repaired: stub nos:004788, 4789 & 4790.
   Give us also the payable amount so that we can send one of our personnel to pick them up.
   I also want to know if you have available jugs for these coffee makers & how much.
   I need your response ASAP.
