   I just to want share my experience with this service provider. Though, nothing new with other comments here.

   Ilang beses din kaming nabitin dyan. Series of appointments. Kahit pa you gave them your preferred time and date. Kahit pa binigay mo yung araw na convenient sa kanila, mapuntahan at malinisan lang ang aircon ko. Pero, wala pa. ang lagi nilang gusto sa hapon. Dahil malayo daw ang area namin sa office nila. To think na, they suppose to have their service vehicle. Nagpapalinis kami ngyon ng aircon with other accredited service provider, and according to them, base sa information na binigay namin, yung front cover lang ang inalis para malinis, na dapat pala yung body cover ang tatanggalin para malinis ang kaloob-looban ng aircon. Ano, nangyari? kasi hapon, nagmamadaling umuwi. Nung patapos na linisin, may tumutulo, ang gusto iwanan, obserbahan na lang daw namin. Ang saya talaga, nagmamadali na eh, baka may i-service pang iba.

   Isa pa, during na installation, napuntahan nga kami as schedule, kulang-kulang naman ang dalang gamit. Bumili naman sila, but still waste of time.

   Be observant sa mga technicians nyo. Without you knowing it, meron silang pipuntahan na di naman talaga naka schedule sa inyo, na una nilang pinupuntahan bago ang talaga mga customers na naka schedule talaga.

   This is eloisa pascual-mationg,one of yoyr regular customer. I regret to inform yoi that im not satisfied withbthe service that your rendering us. Imagine i called your good office to make a schedule for the cleaning of our kolin aircon last tuesday. I inform them thatbi want it to be clean on saturday, march 12. I made an early reservationnpara maaga kmi malinisan. Hanggang ngayon wala pa sila sa amin.. 5:20PM na 3 x na ako tumatawag sa office niompero wala pa din xla. Sabi nio you will give us a feedback. No response. I confirmed it a day before our schedule time. Ni hindi nga ako tinawag ng staff nio.GRABE NAMAN KAYO.. mahirap na nga po tumawag jan wala pa rin kayo pakialam kungbpupuntahan kami o hindi. Kung kaya ko lang linisin yung aitconnim sure HINDI KO NA KUKUNIN ANG SERVICE NINYO.. I also have other appointment to attend to.. hindi ako makaalis kakantay sa inyo.. Wala kayongnpakialam sv ni jwpoy nagfollownup daw xa pero pag tinanonf mo xa sasabijon niya sauobteka lang po.. ANO YUN.. I am really pissed off..I would not even recommend this to my friend.given a chance to ratebthis ivwould givebyou below 0. I made a first reservation for the day but jepoy put menon the 5th slot. What a stupid system you have. Kaya nga maaga nagpareserve para maaga mapuntahan.ilang appointment ang nacancelnko sa kakaantay sa technician ninyo.. EVeryone is washing their hands on this incident. Kung di ako nagagalit malamang di niya ttawagan ang twchnician ninyo

     Natuloy ba ho yung servicing?

     Kanina pa ako tumatawag sa office nila to make an appointment pero hanggang ngayon hindi sila ma-kontak – either busy ang number nila o walang sumasagot.

     Paano na kaya actual appointment?
