   Good noon. I would like to bring my Asus Zenfone 4 max on your office for repair. It’s not even a year yet and I believe it’s still on warranty. It can’t detect sims and memory card anymore. Sim 1 got undetected April 2018 and I just ignored it since sim 2 is still working. The memory card get on and off detection every now and then. Yesterday morning, the 2nd sim got undetected, too. What happened? the card slot won’t open too. I badly needed the phone since it’s very useful in the nature of my work.

   Until what time is your service center open? Hope to hear from you the soonest possible time. I feel very bad that this is happening to me. I even recommended your phones to my friends and yet this is very frustrating for me.

   Hi po, bumili po ako nang laptop last january 2018, tapos mga ilang araw biglang nang hang, tas pag open ko naging okay naman sha tas pag gamit ko naman po naging white po lahat nang screen hanggang sa may black na line taas nang screen at hindi napo sha ma gamit. Ano po ba ang pwede ninyong gawin dito?

   my zenfone 4max which i bought last Nov. 1, 2017 now just turned off yesterday while I was trying to call someone. No amount of turning on the switch will open it.
