   Hi, good morning, my name is Nonie and I’m from Dasmariñas City, Cavite.

   I would like to know how can I order burner parts for my La Germania Gas Stove. Model: HC9021XG / Ser No.: 131001040008 / Electronic Ignition / Input: 220V – 60Hz / Ceramic Hot plate Power: 2200w.

   The issue is that, it is not giving a good flame no matter how cleaning is applied and there is a hizzing sound on both burners whenever in use. Further, when the flame is “on”, and you attempt to turn to minimum flame, it could not compensate and eventually extinguish.

   As I visually inspected the burner parts, I suspect that the cause of flame extinguishing and hizzing sound is due to the thinning-away of the metal parts (the small round part positioned on top of the burner spot directly subjected to the flame. This thinning-away was due to corrosion that brought the steel round plate to get closer and reduce the gap

   I have photos but how can I send it here…pls advise.
