   I would like to share with you my service center experience with La Germania last 2 weeks ago. Una nag arrange ako Ng appointment Ng home service SA asking bahay SA Tagaytay. Bago Ng ilang araw Ng aking schedule Ng appointment sa Kanila sinubukan nila akong tawagan SA confirmation Ng schedule Ng unit nawala ang aking telepono. Sa wakas ay natuloy as scheduled. Malaki ang kanilang improvement SA service, despite of previous bad reviews and experience.

   Mabait ang kanilang receptionist na si Rina, very accomodating and polite. Pati ang kanilang technician na si Jonathan. Very humble and professional. Alam na niya Kung ano ang dapat gagawin na repair. Honest SA dapat singling. Hindi mapagsamantala. Nag bibigay pa Ng tips SA tamang pag papaalaga Ng has range. Kudos to the team. I salute for your dedication and good service.

   good morning, our two burner la germana stove has problem with ignition. they tried to make sundot with electric wire, the smallest, but could not get a good results. is there any serviceable or replaceable parts available for your service. it is a two burner hob.

   The contact number 0469732155 just keep on ringing and no one is attending to it since 2018 it has been this way its now 2022 la germania WAKE UP !!

   If the service is this bad, i would opt to buy another brand. After sales service makes up 50% of customer experience.
