   the service contact number is not working – dialing too many times but seems to deliberately ignoring the call – be it in landline and in mobile numbers. Very disappointing!

   hello! could you pls. help me….my la Germania maybe has a problem this was the second day that the burner burst up while I’m cooking but no fire that comes out from the burner only a strong air…..i suddenly close it i was scared and worried that might cause fire in the entire area.
